Simple Steps to Enjoy the Best Rates and Rooms at Hyatt!

While we all know that Hyatt’s perks and promotions are wonderful, we always suggest you review all of the rates at your desired hotel. A more competitive could be available and want to make sure you don’t miss it!
Hyatt.com will generally show most rates, including special package rates, that are available for the dates you choose after you pick a hotel and “Check Rates” on the reservation page and as long as you don’t choose any “Special Rates” (your choice should be "None" initially).
We suggest you search without any “Special Rates” first. And then, after reviewing the packages, normal and advance purchase rates, choose “Special Rates” which will show at the bottom of the “Make a Reservation” box on the page.
If you want to use the AAA, Senior/AARP, Special Offer, Corporate or Government Code, you can choose that rate and it will then display the “Normal”, “Advanced” and“Special Rate”, but may not show some of the packages. AAA and AARP rates generally allow the same cancel policy as the easy cancellation rates, so you usually have more flexibility at a lower rate than the regular booking rates.
We discovered while testing that there are a few promotional rates that don’t show while searching this way. After you pick a hotel, we suggest you go into the “Offers” tab for that hotel and review to make sure you don’t miss any special promotions and can be assured you are choosing the best rate for your trip!
